Pros
- Challenging work environment if you are up for the challenge - Ability to work with clients the way that makes sense for them - Producers let the teams run the deals so they can search for new opportunities
Cons
The only con here is the horizontal structure of the firm. This is only an issue if you are looking for a title to make you happy. Plenty of room to grow and create your own team. They will work you hard, so if you don't want to work hard it's not for you.
