Pros
Fast paced environment, great place to work and lots of opportunities for advancement if you are detail oriented, relate well to people and work hard. It is a technical business and they tend to pay people for what they know and how they perform.
Cons
If you are looking for a job where you can go and hide this isn't the place, there are too many high performers that will make you stand out. Entry level pay isn't the highest but you have an opportunity to make a lot more as you learn and progress.
