      Management values their people by listening to needs and requests and putting them into action. They promote from within. We work hard- very hard -and we always learn something new.

      Cons

      Technology is lacking. This creates duplication of work in terms of documentation and tracking data.

      Pros

      On-site workout facility. Interesting location. Horizontal management structure provides ample opportunities for advancement.

      Cons

      Large company with inefficient systems. Unspoken rule to work extra and work during off hours in order to get ahead. A lot of initiatives from management with little understanding of how it affects employees.
