      Events and beer Fridays to keep your mind off of the stress

      Cons

      In my experience, depends on what team you land on and who you know and what you look like to get promoted. Some women, are Account managers or senior account managers and are not client facing and do not have their own book of business. I can do that for 70k plus 🤷🏽‍♀️

      Salary is fair and aligned with market value

      Cons

      Different business model from other brokerage firms which creates an entirely different culture. Lack of ethics in situations and some leadership individuals are quite discriminatory. Old school mentality of the male leadership.

      Pros

      The pros are the location and a hybrid work schedule. The people are nice and it’s a very nice and clean office.

      Cons

      Needs more diversity and not to have all the black employees in one department. Also the pay is very low and they should reconsider increasing the salaries. Insurance is very expensive !!!
