      Pros

      Very customer and service focussed. Generally good on benefits and pay. Partnership structure means no external shareholders to satisfy.

      Cons

      Not great for social side or work life balance issues. Some partners can be bullies sonyou need to stand up for tourself. Needs to catch up with diversity and inclusion strategy.
