      Coworkers are great across all verticals

      Cons

      Not a modern company whatsoever! Associates are not allowed to voice their actual opinions in front of producers and upper management. Producers run the show while account team puts in all the work. Boys club culture; very few women in upper management or producer roles. Work normal hours but are underpaid for the effort you’re giving.

      You work for a tirant with no education. They do not care about new employees and it is so frustrating to learn the "correct" way when there are 5 different ways. "Team lead" rhymes w Cody gets paid OT for making you fail because she obviously is the only person who can complete anything. Just run. You can get paid another $3 an hour elsewhere with better benefits.
