      Pay is too little and not worth the time and effort put in for the job. Systems are too slow and a lot of time goes into manual processes.

      Everyone at Lockton is super positive. It's definitely a healthy environment and I tell everyone they should apply if they're interested.

      Can't think of any cons other than wish I was paid more.
