Pros
-Everyone here is smart, talented, incredibly hard-working, and ultimately great at what they do. Everyone takes their work seriously, but doesn't take themselves too seriously - no ego, just focus on building a great company and product.
-Super transparent from the top down. Everyone is kept in the loop with how the company is doing, updates, and the long term strategy on a daily basis. Leadership is extremely accessible and open to feedback
-Great location in downtown Boston, cool office space, tons of free food (and hot sauce - lots of hot sauce)
-The work is super fast-paced and rewarding - we all have tons of autonomy and ownership over our work and get to see the impact of that almost immediately
-Warm, welcoming, very human environment. It felt like I was part of a family since Day 1. Everyone's hard work and accomplishments are recognized and appreciated, even the small things
-Incredible growth - the company has more than doubled in size this year and has some really exciting plans for 2020 and beyond. There's a lot of energy, buzz and excitement every day here for what's to come
Cons
I know this sounds lame but really nothing comes to mind. It's possible the fast pace and startup environment can get a bit overwhelming for some if you're expecting a typical 9-5, but everyone is on the same page here for what's needed to build something truly special.
