Pros
Good product Technologically sound, no-nonsense (of course there are always a few legacy things but they are there because nobody has had time to clean them up yet, not because someone is clinging onto them) Senior leadership is very hands-on and approachable Colleagues are nice people in general Lunch at the office
Cons
Compensation is just ok. Growth of the company is slow which means also slow growth for employees.
