      Pros

      -Plenty of opportunity for growth if you're a go-getter -Team members are always ready to jump in and help out when a personal issue arises -Reasonably flexible hours -Good pay -Good benefits -Moving to a new office kitty corner to Safeco Field in early 2016 -Making a significant push to gain more clients

      Cons

      -The work can be a bit tedious at times but there are several internal initiatives that you can get involved in to help counter this -Relies too heavily on one client -Could have a wider range of projects

      One year with Logic20/20, I have realized how much I have grown in 12 short months.

      Pros

      AMAZING people to work with. I can't think of anyone who is not open to helping me out with questions or just a fun chat. Competitive pay. Fun social and company sponsored events (they have an internal committee dedicated to it).

      Cons

      Need more internal trainings to keep up with market changes.
