      Pros

      Great list of clients providing challenging opportunities. Work culture expects hard work, but give a good work/life balance.

      Cons

      benefits are ok. very expensive if you have a family. but for a boutique consulting firm in the area, they are right on par with cost.

      *There is a strong sense of community here and people will bend over backwards to help you out when you need it. * For those willing to put in the time and effort on both the client side and on internal initiatives, you will see results in your career and you will have exposure to new challenges on a consistent basis. *It's a local model so no air travel unless you really want it when an opportunity pops up.

      *401k could be improved *Need to assure you make time to be visible to management *Bar seems to get higher at each level every year
