      Pros

      From day one, the company has been very energetic, supportive towards my goals, and you have a feeling that people really want you to succeed and feel good about what you bring to the table. The company also cares about world issues and bringing equality to everyone, a must have in today's society.

      Cons

      With every company that grows quickly, there will be some growing pains. The 401(k) benefits are nonexistent but they claim they have a plan to improving it.

      Great team full of competent people, you get to build a great product that is going places. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      The company is growing up and there are some growing pains. There is some distraction and ambiguity as the company enters a new stage.

      Pros

      - Treated well and fairly. - Communication between team members and cross-departments is great. - Engaging and challenging. - Continuously exploring new technologies which is quite. - Company sponsored events ( outings, sports, etc.) - Opinions are heard. - Never dread Mondays anymore.

      Cons

      Nothing I can really think of at the top of my head. It's a busy environment and can get a little rowdy but nothing some headphones can't solve.
