Hugely talented team, fast growth which opens up lots of opportunities for progression, great product which customers love! Supportive management team who provide an unbelievable amount of coaching.

Cons

Having to work from home due to the pandemic, I can't wait to get back to the office again!

- Tough metrics - Lots of new BDRS who are still learning - Not enough snacks for the growing team - need to up orders - Wish they did more company funded lunches

Revolving door with sales staff within the UK. Management layers lack managerial skills. No trust. Young and inexperienced management layers within the UK. Team communication is poor. Treated as a number. Not for someone looking for a long term career in sales. MD. Very little progression opportunity. Very easy to sack staff without any real explanations, especially within the BDR functions. No transparency.
