LogicMonitor has done a great job of creating a seamless and efficient onboarding experience even in the midst of having to get all new employees up to speed remotely

Pros

LM did a great job of making sure I had all the tools I needed to WFH for my first day. So far they have done a great job of making all training virtual. I look forward to what else is in store for me.

Pros

Smart people creating a great environment. I'm excited that I get to work with such amazing talent on a day to day basis. The process is long but thorough which I can appreciate. The emphasis they put on personal and professional harmony is unlike any I've ever seen and it makes me excited to come back everyday.

Cons

The interview process can be rigid, too many assessments in my opinion, and 401k matching is not at market standard.
