      Pleasantly surprised how a rapidly growing SaaS company is this mature, organized and driven vs. what I was expecting.

      Pros

      The level of professionalism and intelligence needed to work here is a reflection of joining the Vista Equity portfolio a year ago. They’ve implemented a thorough onboarding program, provide any tool you need to achieve success and the culture is fun but focused.

      Cons

      Breakneck speed of knowledge transfer and ramp up to your role. If you want a laidback company that will hold your hand in the first months, then this place is not for you.

      Tremendous growth, nice downtown office. Interview process was through a third-party firm. Simple process with a group interview day. Excited to grow in the role!

      Pros

      Product is good, mature, stable, scalable to a point, including good software engineering roadmap, so much potential in the art of possibilities!

      Cons

      I think this company should cease even gently pushing its employees to write positive reviews, this behaviour is quite frankly unnacceptible and innappropriate. Micromanagement is never sustainable, it leads to safe decisions and reduces the ability of the individual to demonstrate innovation leading to positive outcomes - sometimes you have to step back and simply trust the people at the coalface. I could write more, but think all the other Cons reviews have pretty much covered any further negative comments.
