Pros

Great product and support team.

Cons

The management hired post acquisition got rid of the company's culture and values right away. Employees that helped start and grow the business were let go with no respect. The London team is in a bad position, with 11 employees that left since the new management started in November 2018.

Pros

Strong team culture, competitive working environment with ambitious growth plans. A great place to hone your skills as a salesperson, technician or customer success rep. Structured and focused on procedure, LogicMonitor embodies a fast paced high tech business growing rapidly. A chance to be involved in shaping the culture and success of the business

Cons

Still building procedures and best practices, definitely not the finished article

Dear Employee, Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and assessing our strengths so well. It’s always a pleasure to see our employees’ passion in shaping our company. Our goals are ambitious, and can only be achieved by the outstanding contributions of our team members. You are exactly right when you say that there is an opportunity for each of our employees to hone their skills while having a huge impact on the success of LogicMonitor. Every single employee is an owner in the company, both literally and figuratively. This is part of the reason why we offer stock options to all employees. We want our employees to reap the benefits of their hard work in a tangible, real, way. We look forward to a very bright future and we’re so glad to have you on board for the ride! Dear Former Employee, First and foremost, thank you for sharing this feedback with us. We regret that you feel your time with LogicMonitor was not up to the high standard we set for ourselves as a business. Our company is larger than ever before and is continuing to expand rapidly. These are very exciting times and our employees are energized. Through employee engagement surveys, Leadership Lean-in meetings, one-on-one’s, and employee feedback such as yours, we’ve been able to track employee satisfaction throughout the company, and we continue to see high employee satisfaction with our leadership and direction. We are confident that we can uphold the ambitious standards we’ve always had. There’s a lot of work that goes into maintaining the special culture we all value. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us and we wish you all the best in the next step in your career. Warm regards, Stacey Richey Director, Talent Acquisition
