Pros
Company really cares for its employees. Work culture is more than amazing, every now and then you would get goodies and rewards with appreciation if you do your job well. I am pretty happy working in here. One can surely find work life balance here.
Cons
Not as of now I can think of, every idea is welcomed here, it's just that this company is expanding in india now so they are very peculiar about what is code reviews and design changes if there are any, which I think is better for the employee itself.
