      Pros

      - product is great being an SaaS - salary is not that bad, depending on the position

      Cons

      - although as a whole, company is rated to be a great place to work in glassdoor, but the local team with its leadership team is really terrible - local team does not have health insurance according to the country law - leadership on this part of the world is really going down the hill

      Great customers and great product

      Cons

      Company leadership, at all levels of the organization. Many Glassdoor reviews are only written after the company instructed employees to do so. Employees are fired regularly, not always for the right reasons. Direction of the company is in question. Employees are not told the whole truth, only what management wants them to hear. Women are not given the same opportunities. Career growth is extremely limited, as promotions are based on favoritism with upper management, and not by quality of work.

      It's a ride

      Pros

      Smart folks to work with and a general attitude of just getting stuff done, especially in the technical arena. There is always work to do, but also latitude and encouragement to work on technical projects of your choosing as long as you are getting your assigned tasks and projects completed. Some major features and integrations have come from engineers doing just this.

      Cons

      It is not for the feint of heart. Things are moving fast which leads to a lack of structure. This is a positive for some but not all as it can be frustrating to not receive constant feedback. Those who work hard are generally rewarded, though not necessarily on the timeframe they may hope for.
