      Pros

      Everyone is so friendly, there isnt anyone who I cant approach if I need help. Training is second to none. Clear roadmap of where they want you to be and how to get you there. Their interview process is thorough, but you get to meet so many of the people you are going to be working with, that it helps you make the right decision when it comes to the job you are applying for.
