- You get to work on the latest technology stack out there in the market. - You are given a freedom to put forth your creative thoughts in front of the management. Management is supportive enough and hears you out. - Always surrounded by super talented technical folks who are much supportive. - Amazing place to learn new technologies. The tech stack on which the product is built is continuously getting upgraded. You get a chance to be a part of the ever exciting transformational journey. You get to work on AWS, Kubernetes, Kafka, ES and much more. - You are given full ownership of the task assigned to you. You are solely responsible for its delivery. It is kind of sink or swim situation. If you grab the opportunity and deliver as expected, you are recognised by higher ups. - Funky workplace setup. - Employee friendly work culture. The company recognises all the hard work put in by employees and comes up with Friday's half day working or in some cases full day off.
