Pros

- Lots of learning and lots of hard challenges - Surrounded by smart and motivated people - Everyone is eager to help if you ask - Recognition for good work - Very nice office, great ocean view, food and snacks, ping pong, foosball, and beer - Healthy lifestyle is part of the culture

Cons

- Hard problems and lots of work can sometimes get overwhelming - We need more good software engineers to join the team
