      Good product/people, but need to invest in brand and employee growth/satisfaction

      Pros

      Good product, competitive in the industry. Most people are open to collaboration and dialogue, and are smart and capable.

      Cons

      Longevity is generally not rewarded. New hires make more than existing employees. Managers are usually hired externally instead of being promoted from within. Seems to be high turnover. Lack of transparency. Have not noticed any substantial investment in employee culture and satisfaction. Need to spend more time with strategy, processes and organization and invest in marketing to increase brand recognition.

      Good pay. Remote work. Lots of growth.

      Cons

      Micromanaged no like no other. Excel sheets to fill out all the time. And almost no control of your accounts. You always have to bring in a resource to figure something out for your accounts. Feels like there's very little ownership or control that you get to have.
