      Pros

      The people, strong product, low customer churn, have learned so much in this role. Work from home and unlimited PTO is great

      Cons

      Was told that they promote quickly but I have yet to be promoted. They seem to favor promoting men that don't do as much work, don’t have as good of work product, and aren’t as qualified as the women. Low 401k match
