Pros

LogicMonitor has invested in me and my growth time and again. Leadership supports my peers and me, and I am always learning. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

Cons

The total compensation is competitive, but lacking in the current landscape.

Pros

- Autonomy in daily operations - Solid product that is well received by almost everyone

Cons

- No raises, no promotions and below average pay - Pricing increases are causing many deals to be lost but sales team is being tasked to value sell to convince prospects to spend the difference of 2-5x - Internal processes are becoming complex, causing longer deal cycles and taking away good experiences for both prospects and sales teams - Path to observability has been very poor technically but sales team is pushed to add every sku to every deal - Quota attainment is extremely low across the board - Micro management and pressure to close deals fast becomes a prospect’s problem and ends the sales cycle on a sour note

Good product for core use case. Most sales/cx frontline people care. Pay is fair. Culture is good.

Cons

C-Level leadership ivory tower. Enterprise Sales leadership needs overhaul. Product not evolving fast enough with meaningful features. Marketing motion historically unaligned/not very supportive with/of sales.
