Pros
The company was doing good in mid 2021 but as the dipping market hit LogicMonitor all the perks are gone and increments are dried. Heard people getting 1% to 3% annual hikes. Office space is conjusted as only 250 people can sit but hiring has led to occupied meeting rooms. Its caos.

-Micromanagement to the fullest -Most of the components are completely developed so mostly work is of maintaining the components -No WFH -Perks are gone now which made Logicmonitor famous
