- Refusal to do annual raises - Dishonest management - Overworked employees Worst company I have ever worked for. They do not care about or respect work-life balance. Every year I worked here (4 years) our bonuses were lowered, and workload expectation increased - with NO additional training or support to help succeed with said increased workload. After year one, there were lay-offs about every 6 months. Even though the company continues to tout YoY and QoQ growth. Management lied to my face multiple times. I have been in meetings with upper management where they brainstormed ways to NOT have to pay out bonuses to employees. It was a very negative environment, especially if you are a woman. I had multiple team members quit due to dishonest practices within the workplace. My team on average worked 7AM - 6PM. I surfaced this to upper management multiple times to get new support hired in or to address workload distribution among various roles, and it was ignored continually.
