      If you are a go getter you can move up within the company in 12-18 months.

      Cons

      Once you hit a certain point, managers will stop trying to help you. They function as managers, and anyone who shows initiative to be a leader gets stomped on. A lot of the executive positions and upper positions get cycled in and out. Its like a big popularity contest here. And nobody in the back office likes the sales floor. They promote failed sales-persons and move them into back office.

      I've really noticed more alignment lately around the company. It's been pretty cool to see and makes life a bit easier.

      Cons

      With departments getting more aligned, it unlocks the ability to move faster which is definitely a pro but can be a con too because of things moving so quick.
