Thank you for the review and for your constructive feedback. We are constantly working to improve the training and education for our teams, so your perspective and insight is appreciated. First of all, none of our people are expendable. Our goal is to balance focusing on positivity and highlighting wins, while also giving those who are struggling the attention and resources they need to improve. We don’t like hearing that you feel some people might not have gotten the attention they need and will bring this up to the sales leadership team. We are continuously working on strengthening interdepartmental communication and knowledge-sharing, so your ideas with regards to more transparency of performance are great. It’s something that we are working to improve, and it’s something we will re-surface to the product teams to add some urgency. Thank you for everything you do at LP and for your thoughtful review!

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! We recently restructured our People Operations Teams that includes a completely revamped and expanded Employee Experience Team to ensure that weekly live events and annual events continue to be a fun and regular part of our culture. This team also has a major focus on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) and Employee Engagement so there are some great things ahead. In terms of advancement, that is a great conversation to have with your manager. After the first annual review, LP employees are reviewed every 6 months so that conversations about past performance and future goals occur regularly. Our long-term employees are extremely important to us…many of our management and leadership teams started in entry-level roles!
