      From the moment I started working for Logical Position (LP) nearly 2 years ago, I knew that I wasn't working for a run-of-the-mill sales company. LP had an incredible culture, great work-life balance, and a multitude of career advancement opportunities. After just 9 months of employment, I had grown through the ranks of the Digital Marketing Specialist hierarchy and was offered a position as one of the company's first Business Development Executives. Later I expressed interest in changing career paths from a sales role, to a leadership role. I was offered multiple leadership advancement opportunities, including a sales manager track and I had the freedom to choose my current position as Sales Development Coordinator (more of an education-based sales leadership role). I'm often asked by friends and family if I am keeping an eye out for other opportunities and my answer is always the same, "Honestly, no! LP keeps treating me good and I have no reason to look for work elsewhere! "

      Cons

      This is a sales job! If you want to be an Account Manager, usually you've got to prove your merit through sales first. If you're a hard worker, you make NO EXCUSES for yourself, and you have any inkling of interpersonal skills, you've got a good shot!

      Pros

      I have worked at Logical Position for over a year now and I absolutely love the work culture and environment. The leadership team is great about being involved with the community. There are also a lot of learning and growth opportunities.
