      We are all a part of something great here. That is the day to day vibe that can be felt throughout the company and it really makes it fun to come to work! Our leadership has worked diligently to create an amazing company culture by hiring rock stars who exemplify our company values: Integrity, Driven, Transparent, Dynamic, Collaborative and Fun! One of the first things I noticed when I joined LP was how every person I interacted with had such dynamic qualities, were very friendly, quick to offer helpful insights and were so much fun to collaborate with. Shout outs, kudos and acknowledgements frequently go out to well deserved team members throughout the entire company. LP takes great care of it’s employees and that positive energy is mirrored with how tirelessly we work to take care of our clients. “Since day one, we have used advanced digital marketing solutions to help our clients grow their businesses. We are continuously refining our processes and technologies as the industry evolves. We are proud to say the LP culture, and our passion for the industry, is the driving force behind our ability to provide success for our clients.”

      Cons

      Growth is a beautiful thing that comes with challenges. As we grow, we are working to streamline or re-define processes already in place so that we can scale as smoothly as possible. While most departments have standardized processes, we are working hard to bring a few smaller departments to scale as well.

      Positive and supportive work culture. Those with an earnest interest in digital marketing and helping clients will have many opportunities to expand their skillet and grow.
