- Flexible Hours - Catered Breakfast Once per Week (and sometimes lunch) - Management clearly cares about the employees - Client Satisfaction is a top concern (which is not common these days) - Encourages employee growth - Company Culture is unbeatable - Amazing IT team - Focused on increasing efficiency of our tools which makes our jobs easier

Cons

I honestly haven't come across a single Con that wasn't addressed immediately after bringing it up to our team. Logical Position has been fantastic to me!

Solid Sales Company If You Can Sell

Pros

Really solid company. They do so many things right, employees are valued management is readily available and they have snacks. Sales is sales and if you don't know the grind that sales is then you should evaluate yourself before falling in love with the positive reviews, this is still a job it just happens to be a really really fun job. Great coworkers and work environment.

Cons

Snack game in Austin is not as good as it could be. People aren't always happy that you're cold calling them.

Best Job I Could Have Asked For

The people, the environment, the management, the job itself.... my list goes on. I have been in the work force for 10+ years, and Logical Position is honestly the best job I have ever had. Positive morale in the work space, investment in training opportunities and ability for upward mobility have always been vital job necessities to me, and this company checked off the entire list. Not only did I feel pride in my work, but I felt appreciated on a regular basis. Not to mention the group events hosted by the company that allow you to get to know your coworkers and leaders. You guys are doing something special over there, and I sincerely appreciated the opportunity to be a part of that!

Cons

Sometimes, when they serve you free breakfast... you get really full!
