      Exciting Company, Lots of Opportunity

      Pros

      The workforce and company are both young which allows for lots of promotion potential if you're motivated. Many of the managers in the company are under 30 and were rewarded for working hard. Lots of social events and groups for activities within the company. The work is pretty rewarding-you get to work with lots of different companies and help them grow. The variety of clients helps keep boredom/monotony to a minimum. Kegs in the offices for an afternoon pint. Breakfast every Wednesday and Taco Tuesday once a month for lunch. Pay and benefits seem to be on par with other companies in Oregon I've worked with. The owners are very proactive at taking care of problems with clients and employees.

      Cons

      In the digital marketing space it is one of the larger companies, so standing out might take more work. If you're looking to be a big fish in a small pond, this isn't for you. Parking at the Portland office.

      -Nothing that stands out - Can be stressful when Google doesn't show you ads.
