      Pros

      A great company to work for! A lot of positive energy from the sales team! Work hard and get rewarded, the company is always trying to do the best thing for everyone who works here.

      Cons

      It's hard to connect with as many people as I'm an office environment but we still manage to have a good time throughout the day.

      - Supportive team culture - Remote - Paths for growth

      Cons

      - VERY heavy workload for barely $1,000 each paycheck ($15/hour) - not to mention how little you have left after paying bills - As a writer, you're expected to consistently pump out 105 blogs every single month (5 blogs/day Monday-Friday) - Only pays $16/hour (they recently increased to about $16/hour which is still awful because they have not and are not increasing pay to actually match inflation). No adult can live on this pay unless they live with their parents and have no bills, especially in this economy.
