Great Company, great people. I missed my quota...it is what it is. Base pay is good, commissions not the great. But the idea is to get to BDE and then the base and commissions are much better. Would highly recommend the company.

- Consistent workload so you somewhat know what to expect each workday

Cons

- Upper management constantly makes workflow decisions that don't always benefit the employees. When receiving feedback, it's never actually put to any use. - Untrained PMAMs constantly asking for help or not knowing how a process works leading to constant education and time away from my workload. These education gaps were always mentioned to upper management but nothing has ever been done.
