      Pros

      Hard to think of any now. I guess the paid holidays? You get quite a few holidays paid. You can use those days to work at your second job because you’re gonna need one.

      Cons

      Pay is terrible and unlivable. They’re constantly doing raise freezes and now they want you on a commission base. This is forcing many of us to get second jobs, then management has the nerve to ask why people aren’t excited all the time since “it’s never been a better time to be at LP”. Not to mention they’re using AI in everything and not being transparent with clients about how 99% of the work is done by AI. This company is a sinking ship and everyone needs to jump while they still have a chance.
