      I Personally Love It

      Pros

      Honestly, I love that I can do my job the best way I know how and have the freedom to do what’s most effective without getting micro managed. It’s a breath of fresh air plus I get to work fully remote and the team I’m on has some of the best managers they have to offer.

      Cons

      I’d say the pay at first isn’t the best but once you get a few deals in it’s manageable as long as you can survive off 4k a month. For me, I’m single and my only real financial obligation is rent and utilities so this works out really well for me

      Pros

      Good earning potential, straight forward training, great managers. Lots of downtime to learn the product.

      Cons

      Coming from b2b sales this is a way different sales product that takes time to learn and can be overwhelming. Seems like it can take a couple of years to really build up my book. Cold calling, no inbound.
