Pros
Many talented individuals are employed there. I would not expect them to last long.
Cons
The workload is overwhelming, the team is understaffed, and taking time off is impossible. Management appears deaf to feedback and lacks effective communication. Despite their boasting about work life balance, their actions fall short. From the interview through my entire tenure, I have been strung along. A lot of empty promises abound with no follow-through. Basic computer skills seem to elude management, hindering their effectiveness.
