Thank you for your feedback and for the time you spent with us. Logical Position provides a PTO policy that is substantially equivalent to paid sick time laws in all of our operating states. We decided years ago to combine sick days and vacation days to allow employees to use these days in whichever way works best for them. Over the years we have increased the initial amount of PTO given and are currently up to nearly 3 weeks in year one which increases every year an employee is with us. Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad you are working on things that you find interesting and you've identified opportunities for advancement. I agree there are areas that are disjointed and certain teams are overworked. We have placed a huge priority on hiring and improving workflow automation. This is definitely on our radar.
