Pros

Excellent benefits, good pay and bonus program. Good management communication. Ability to deliver what they sell. Excellent product and services offering. I have worked at Logicalis for a number of years and I have very few complaints. Logicalis sets the bar high! Offer plenty of industry training and encourages getting certifications.

Cons

Changed bonus plan when the recession hit. Can't blame them too much but it certainly affected the wallet. On the upside, cutting back on expanses, reducing cell phone plans etc saved many jobs and avoided layoffs. Logicalis offers so much in product and services that it is sometimes difficult to keep up with all the offerings.

Pros

Pay is great, and the people - for the most part - are awesome. It's nice if you like to be autonomous also.

Cons

Lots of passive aggressive stuff goes on. It's hard to make a decision stick, and when you think it did you have to talk it to death again.

Pros

Good Place to ride out the economic Storm. Pre Sales resources are the best of the best. Too bad they are all centered in the Midwest where they can only reasonably support the Midwest Teams

Cons

Sales VP will not stand behind what they have told you. They make promises to Account Executives and their managers that they do not have authorization to fulfil. They are submissive to top management who is only concerned about ROI and bonuses for the executives
