Overall great people work here. The company has a strong strategy and is an enjoyable place to work. No complaints.

Cons

This is tough because I don't have many complaints. The company has made strategy and structural changes over the years, but that is how any company stays ahead of the game.

Good compensation, great technical resource team pre and post sales, great marketing team, good work/life balance and independance to do your job

Cons

Publically held which forces Senior Management to make those bottom line decisions. The company has no long term vision except for grow revenue and profit. Have had severals quite layoffs of some very good people as they did not fit in the financial model and were let go with no notice at all. The company is a result of many acquistions of IBM, HP and Cisco business partners. As a result, there are many Mid-level and upper management people that were acquired and the company puts them in key roles regardless if they are qualified for that position or not. Would make more sense to promote internally or recruit externally for the person for the job rather than favor the good ole boys network. Focus is on quarter to quarter performance at any cost including customer satisfaction.
