No growth opportunities. You remain in your role for years with little to no advancement. I completed my degree while I worked here and it was not even acknowledged. Leadership is poor, with favouritism from management. There was constant drama and conflict among the leads. HR is disorganized and mishandled situation. I was initially told to resign and leave the company, only to later receive an apology for the way things were handled. Overall, the company is completely unorganized, unethical, biased, and offers no growth, simply a very frustrating environment.
