Pros

Everyone in the office knows their stuff. If you’re ever stuck or unsure, they’re more than willing to help out. It’s a very positive, uplifting work environment that makes it very easy to focus entirely on providing our clients with the best products possible. Unlike other software companies, our products are quality, reliable products that you can feel confident in and sell with a good conscience.

Cons

No satellite offices. Traffic to/from the office is a nightmare!

Pros

Best place to work! Really amazing environment and full of opportunities. Logility has been on a path of continuous improvement since I joined the company. Bottom line, it's a fantastic place to work, with exceptional opportunities and more than its share of thought leadership. It may sound corny but I am proud to tell people I work at Logility. It's great to work with such a superb group of dedicated people and an extraordinary management team. Logility is very focused on customer success and on the development and success of its employees. Teamwork is one of our core values and it shows. Its great to be a part of a company who watches after its customers and employees so well.

Cons

I'm finding it difficult to come up with a con for Logility. Logility is by far the best team and company I have ever been a part of.

Somewhat stable employer, the company has been around for a long time.

Cons

Poor team and office culture. Management doesn't really understand how to create incentives for the employees.
