Pros

Love the culture here at Logility. We all know each other very well. It’s a lot like visiting extended members of your family every day. From my colleagues to management, we’re all nice people once you get to know us. One of the few jobs where I actually look forward to coming in to work every day.

Cons

Show more interest in updating our systems. I assure you the expense will pay for itself over time.

Pros

Perhaps the most stable job I’ve ever had. This is especially important with the COVID-19 outbreak still wreaking havoc across the country. The ideal work environment for architects looking to establish a long-term career with a great company.

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement because people never leave the company. A weird thing to complain because it demonstrates how much we all love Logility, but a con nonetheless in my eyes.

• Logility having a small development and testing team in Bengaluru, India • Small team with great values • Good Salary, Hike and Bonus every year • Better work environment and work life balance • Opportunity to work with various DBs: MS SQL server, Oracle • Can learn ETL and Data Warehousing concepts • Open minded CEO, VP and Directors; one can have heart-to-heart discussion during one on one meeting

Cons

• Predominantly using MS SQL server, if you are Oracle developer you may miss using PL/SQL advanced techniques • In house ETL tool not in the market • No new technologies to learn
