Mostly great company, but allows bullying

Pros

Remote work, decent pay, nearly all are nice people

Cons

There is a particular person here that engages in textbook bullying and harassing behaviour. It’s an open secret. Everyone knows, and nobody will do anything about it. I know of at least 5 people he has made so miserable they are thinking of leaving, myself included. This person is in leadership and impacts many people’s quality of life. the few times I’ve seen his behaviour reported, the reporter is targeted and gets in trouble. The message is loud and clear. Do not report harassment, or else.

Wonderful People working through a lot of change

Pros

The People. A lot of great talent old and new. Everyone is willing to assist one another. Even the executive team is willing to get into the trenches and assist when needed. How many Senior VP's do you know that would stay up past 11 PM working on a customer ticket with you? Most senior management have been promoted to that position from within the company. Southern Hospitality Culture. I seen some reviews where people say that HR and others are not any good or nice. I been in the company for years and I can't think of a single person through the whole company that wasn't short of amazing. This goes for every level of leadership.

Cons

Growing pains. A lot of changes and reorganizing as the company works to adapt to growing customer base. Work life balance suffers as people leave are often not replaced even though workload is increasing.

Overall OK, Some Management is BAD

Pros

Longevity, people generally positive and hardworking group of individuals. Good set of products and support group helps internally and externally, which overall makes the job easier.

Cons

Some management is bad, curse you out for no reason other than to show who is boss, not much leadership and inconsistent.
