The most toxic work environment

Pros

Absolutely nothing because even though salaries were quite high, pay would often be delayed and the management restructures salaries as and when they please.

Cons

Disorganized management with toxic personalities leading teams along with impractical targets. Many employees have reported the EPF component not being paid.
