unprofessional management should be updated

- Trust no one when working at Logix. Especially the ones that have been there for more than 4 years. They all talk behind your back and they cheat the system. - I had no training. NONE - and I wasn’t allowed to ask anyone questions. ( NOT exaggerating ) - I was told I was not allowed to eat/snack at my work desk. I thought that was weird. However, if they really like you, they’ll let you. But don’t count on it. - I was constantly harassed by the older men when working there. HR did not want to help me, and suggested I handle it my self. - Whenever I put in my 2 weeks notice, my manager straight up lied to HR by saying it was job abandonment. I had several witnesses that physically saw me in a meeting with management, giving my 2 weeks. I fought that battle and i won - was given 2 weeks of extra pay (so, 1 month of pay in stead of 2 weeks) and was able to keep my health benefits for a somewhat longer period. This place added extreme stress and frustration to my quality of life. Do not do it. Run!
