Salary is competitive with hybrid working conditions.

Cons

Does not have enough footprint and cannot compete against big dogs. Cost for service by the time it goes through 4 departments comes back obnoxiously high since they have to buy fiber from almost every other company and add margin cost. This makes it extremely difficult to sell when competitors are much lower with a bigger name and stronger marketing presence.
