Pros

Coworkers are great. Work is easy. You get to work on a mid sized network.

Cons

Pay is horrible for people with more education and tech experience then management. They have added too many middle management and don’t enough workers to handle daily tasks. Employees forced to lie to customers for bad products. There is no division of responsibilities you will do everything. No room for growth and advancement. Several groups are being replaced with contractors that are payed more then full time employees. Company is in the process of being sold again “not stable” Poor benefits There is a 24/7 technical support that is pretty worthless .

Pros

Logix was a great company to work for. I was part of a workforce reduction event ( 4th round ) however I would return as I had a wonderful experience there.

Cons

Sometimes there was a hiccup or 2 between departments but it always worked itself out in the end so not really a con.
