It was a job that paid the bills.

Cons

Very good ole boy attitudes. Management micromanaged so much that I sometimes wondered why they even had managers. They were always trying to do the technicians jobs instead of their own. The benefits package was crazy expensive and every year HR would stand up and smile and make excuses as the price went even higher. So basically, every year you took a pay cut and in the several years I worked there, I never received a raise to compensate.
