Lots of autonomy & freedom, best customer care in the industry, established & growing company, happy clients, great commission plan

Cons

Very old school IBM-style company. Heavy on monitoring new reps' activity (knocking on doors, counting outbound calls). C-suite not progressive on technology & therefore misses-out on additional opportunities

Cons
